Mr. Miguel Flores is a native of the Rio Grande Valley and currently Commissioned as a Reserve Peace Officer with an impressive background. Miguel's position as Director Education and Training involves working with Law Enforcement professional and non-professionals, victims of crime agency advocates, hospitals, trauma centers, and individuals that assist victims of violent crime. His primary focus is to educate/train Law Enforcement and victims of crime in order to prevent, restore and empower victims of crime
